B. Check your play

C. How limit changes take effect
3.1 Lowering a limit takes effect immediately once you save it.
3.2 Requests to increase or lift a limit wait 24 hours before they apply. Until that point your present limit stays in place, and you may withdraw the request whenever you like before the change goes live.
3.3 A break or self-exclusion cannot be shortened once you confirm it.
D. Protecting minors
4.1 North Bay Casino is open solely to adults aged 19 or older. Ahead of the opening deposit, we confirm your identity along with the location you log in from. Accounts held by anyone younger than 19 are shut down. The 19+ Policy contains the complete terms.

F. Tools you control
6.1 Limits on deposits, wagers and stakes. Choose a period, then cap the amount you can deposit, the total you can wager and the highest stake allowed on one bet. Once you reach a limit, that activity is paused until the period ends.
6.2 Reality checks with time alerts. Choose how frequently you want a reminder. Each one appears as a pop-up mid-session, showing the time played so far and your overall win or loss. From the pop-up, keep playing or sign out straight away.
6.3 Cooling-off break. Pick a fixed pause that lasts no less than 24 hours and no more than six weeks. The account stays frozen until that pause ends. Throughout it, depositing and betting are switched off, and promotional emails from us are halted.
6.4 Closing your account and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion suits longer pauses: it bars account access for a lengthy period. Permanent closure is also available on request. After closure, marketing ends and we transfer any withdrawable funds to the verified payment method on file.
6.5 Self-assessment quiz. Take it as often as you like to track how your habits change (see section B).
6.6 Identity and location checks. We complete KYC and a geolocation check before your first deposit, so every account belongs to a verified adult in a permitted location.
6.7 Limit timing. Decreases apply instantly and increases take 24 hours, as set out in section C.
