Account Terms

A. Acceptance

1.1 North Bay Casino and you are bound by these Account Terms. Creating an account or betting with us counts as your acceptance of them.

1.2 Our Bonus Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Responsible Play, Verification and AML and 19+ Policy pages also apply to your use of the site.

B. Prohibited conduct

2.1 You must not:

  • use bots, scripts or any other software to place plays for you;
  • work together with other players, or pass information to each other, at Live Casino tables;
  • pay with a card or account that is not yours, or that has been stolen;
  • pass money through your account without real play, or launder funds;
  • mask where you are using a VPN, a proxy or any similar tool;
  • exploit a fault in a game or in our software.

2.2 Bets linked to such conduct may be cancelled, payouts withheld and the account frozen or shut. We pass suspected criminal activity to the authorities when Canadian law requires us to.

C. Bonuses

3.1 Our Bonus Policy governs the welcome bonus, Promotions offers and North Bay Rewards. If the specific terms of an offer conflict with that policy, those specific terms take priority for that offer.

D. Changes to these terms

4.1 We may amend these terms periodically. This page lists each revision alongside its start date, and we send notice of significant amendments by email beforehand. Continuing to play once a revision is in force means you accept it.

E. Your account and registration

5.1 One account per player. If we find a second account, we shut it and may cancel the bets made with it.

5.2 The details you provide must be correct. That means your full legal name, your birth date, your present home address, plus your email address. If anything changes, let us know without delay.

5.3 Only you may use your password. We hold you responsible for every action taken under your account.

5.4 We take a first deposit once your identity has been confirmed, your legal age checked and your location established. Each of these checks is described on our Verification and AML page.

F. Complaints

6.1 Email help@northbaycasino.app. Tell us your username, which game or payment is affected, the precise time and date the problem occurred, and how you would like it resolved.

6.2 Our reply comes by email. We examine the facts and then tell you our decision and explain why we reached it.

G. Games, RNG and Live Casino

7.1 Each game's paytable shows its rules and payouts. Check both before you start playing.

7.2 Outcomes on slots, Jackpots and digital table games are produced by a random number generator (RNG).

7.3 For Live Casino, the results are those the dealer and the studio system record.

7.4 A malfunction voids all plays and payouts it affects. If a round cannot be settled, we refund your stake.

H. Governing law

8.1 The laws of Canada and of your home province apply to these terms.

8.2 Registration is open to you only if the laws where you live allow it. In line with Canadian requirements, we check your identity and age and screen for money laundering.

I. Eligibility

9.1 Opening and keeping an account requires that you are at least 19, physically in Canada, and in a jurisdiction whose local rules allow online casino gaming. Geolocation technology is how we verify your location.

J. Intellectual property

10.1 Our brand, logos, software, text and site design are the property of North Bay Casino or our game providers. They are provided solely for your personal use while playing, and no part of them may be copied, scraped or reused.

K. Limits of our liability

11.1 Our responsibility does not extend to losses caused by your own internet connection or device, outages outside our control, misuse of your login or play that breaks these terms.

11.2 If we are responsible for an error, our liability does not exceed the stake or transaction in question.

11.3 Your rights under Canadian consumer protection law stay in place.

L. Deposits and withdrawals

12.1 All balances and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

12.2 Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Instadebit, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, eCheck or Neteller. Minimum deposit: C$10.

12.3 Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, MuchBetter, eCheck, Neteller or Bank Wire / Transfer. Minimum withdrawal: C$10. Maximum: C$5 000 per Interac transaction and C$100 000 per bank transfer.

12.4 Most payment methods deliver payouts in one to four hours. Bank wire transfers take longer, up to a maximum of 12 hours.

12.5 We charge nothing for deposits or withdrawals. Any payment method you add needs to be registered in your name. Whenever we can, winnings are sent back to the method you deposited with.
